Dottie’s House Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your tax deductible donations are to provide survivors of domestic violence with the tools, guidance and support to achieve financial and emotional independence. Ninety-five cents of every dollar goes directly toward the mission.
Every dollar helps
Your support fuels our comprehensive program. In addition to providing safe residency, your donations help fund our counseling, domestic violence groups, and therapeutic art classes for the children. We are also able to assist with resume writing, interviewing skills, help with scholarship applications, and so much more.

Residents of Dottie’s House are equipped with a fully furnished apartment and everything they need for a fresh start. We can’t do this without you.
Want to donate furniture, clothing or household items?
We ensure all survivors reside in fully furnished apartments equipped with anything they need to restart their lives. We count on you, our supporters, to help make this happen. However, space (and storage) is limited so we ask that you take photos of the items and send them directly to our staff for review. We will contact you back as soon as possible
Are you part of a group or organization that would like to help support our residents?
We couldn’t do this without you. We’d love to hear your ideas or would be happy to share ways in which your group may be able to help our residents. Please send us a message with your best contact number and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please Note: Due to the safety of our residents we do not disclose our physical address. If you are local, we can arrange for a pick-up/drop-off location. If you are shipping items, we can provide you with the address of a trusted staff member to receive and bring to Dottie’s House. Please contact us so we can make arrangements.
